العوامل السوسيوديموغرافية والطبية المرتبطة بخصائص العملية القيصرية(دراسة ميدانية على عينة من النساء بالقطاع الصحي بمدينة سطيف)

Abstract

جعلت الابتكارات في تقنيات الجراحة والتخدير لتوفير السلامة الجيدة لكل من الأم وطفلها الولادة القيصرية تدخلا شائعا في التوليد، حيث تسمح هذه الأخيرة باستخراج الجنين عن طريق شق بطن أمه، لكن إجراء العملية القيصرية أصبح يتم بوتيرة متسارعة سواء في دول العالم المتقدمة أم النامية مما أثار قلقا عالميا خاصة عند المنظمات الصحية الدولية والأخصائيين في مجال التوليد. فلذا كان الهدف من دراستنا هو تسليط الضوء على العوامل التي أدت إلى تفاقم هذه الظاهرة العالمية في الجزائر وخاصة في المجتمع المحلي ألا وهو ولاية سطيف، ومنها العوامل الديمغرافية والاجتماعية والصحية التي باتت تكمن وراء جل الظواهر التي تحدث في المجتمعات الإنسانية معتمدين في ذلك على السجل الطبي الخاص بالنساء اللواتي أجرين العملية القيصرية خلال سنة 2021 على مستوى مستشفى الأم والطفل –الباز-، إضافة إلى استجواب 300 امرأة في سن الإنجاب من نفس الولاية وخضعن لعملية قيصرية على الأقل Innovations in surgery and anaesthesia techniques to provide good safety for both the mother and her child made caesarean section a common intervention in obstetrics.
