Abstract

عاشت ألمانيا طوال العصر الحديث فترات صعبة ومعقدة في ظل التشرذم والتفكك الذي وصلت إليه ، والذي تجاوز الخيال ، لدرجة أن عدد كياناتها السياسية المتشرذمة حسب المصادر تجاوز ثلاثمائة. وكانت أغلبها في صراع وخاضعة لتأثير خارجي مباشر وغير مباشر ، بطريقة جعلت فكرة وحدة هذه الكيانات حلما بعيد المنال. لكن الشعب الألماني تحدى الصعوبات في تحقيق مشروع الوحدة الألمانية مالذي مرّ بمراحل مهمة أبرزها مرحلة القائد (بسمارك). ) التي أعدت مشروعًا متكاملًا يرتكز على ثلاث ركائز مهمة: - الاستعداد الداخلي من خلال تشكيل جيش قوي. - الدبلوماسية الذكية - خطوات عسكرية حاسمة كل هذه الخطوات انتهت بتجسيد مشروع توحيد ألمانيا عام (1871 م).
