نشر وإجاحة المحتويات العلمية والتعليمية بالمواقع الرسمية للجامعات الجزائرية دراسة عينة من جامعات الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى اعتماد الجامعات الجزائرية على النشر والإتاحة للإنتاج الفكري من محتويات علمية وتعليمية عبر مواقعها الرسمية، ومساهمتها في تحسين ترتيب الجامعات بتصنيف الويبومتركس. وتأتي هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث الوصفية، معتمدة على أداة بطاقة تحليل المحتوى والملاحظة المباشرة، وتم اختيار العينة القصدية والمتمثلة في الجامعات الجزائرية، مع متابعة ترتيبها بالتصنيف العالمي ويبومتركس. وبعد معالجة الموضوع بجانبيه النظري والتطبيقي، خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات نذكر أبرزها فيما يلي: نتائج الدراسة: • تتوفر جميع مواقع الجامعات الجزائرية على محتويات علمية وتعليمية. • تتباين مواصفات المحتويات العلمية والتعليمية بالمواقع الرسمية للجامعات الجزائرية، بين التوحيد والاختلاف. • ظهور جميع مواقع الجامعات الجزائرية بالتصنيف العالمي الويبومتركس، ولكن بترتيب عالمي بعيد نوعا ما عن المراتب المرموقة. وبناء على هذه النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات أهمها: • ضرورة تبني سياسة وطنية لتوحيد مواصفات المحتويات العلمية والتعليمية بالمواقع الرسمية للجامعات الجزائرية، ضمن نظام وطني موحد بجميع الجامعات. • إنشاء دليل وطني خاص بالمستودعات الرقمية للجامعات الجزائرية، تحت تسمية الدليل الوطني للمستودعات الرقمية الجزائرية، National Directory Digital Repositories Algerian (NDDRA) • انشاء مستودع رقمي وطني تجميعي، يضم جميع المستودعات الرقمية للجامعات الجزائرية، Global Algerian Digital Repositories (GADR). • العمل على تحسين ترتيب الجامعات بتصنيف الويبومتركس، باستثمار مؤشر النشاط وهذا من خلال تبني استراتيجية الإتاحة الحرة، وإثراء المواقع الإلكترونية بمخرجات البحث العلمي. The study aimed to assess the extent to which Algerian universities rely on publication and dissemination of intellectual output through their official platforms, contributing to the improvement of university rankings in the Webometrics classification."This study comes within the framework of descriptive research, relying on the content analysis card tool and direct observation. The purposive sample represented by Algerian universities was selected, while monitoring their ranking in the Webometrics global classification. After addressing the theoretical and practical aspects of the topic, the study concluded with a set of results and recommendations, including: Study Results: • All Algerian university websites have scientific and educational content available. • The specifications of scientific and educational content on the official websites of Algerian universities vary between standardization and differentiation. • All Algerian university websites appear in the Webometrics global classification, but with a somewhat distant global ranking from prestigious positions. Based on these results, the study made several recommendations, including: • The necessity of adopting a national policy to standardize the specifications of scientific and educational content on the official websites of Algerian universities within a unified national system for all universities. • Establishment of a national directory specifically for the digital repositories of Algerian universities, under the name National Directory Digital Repositories Algerian (NDDRA). • Creation of a national collective digital repository that includes all the digital repositories of Algerian universities, named Global Algerian Digital Repositories (GADR). • Working to improve the ranking of universities in the Webometrics classification by investing in the activity index through adopting an open access strategy and enriching websites with the outputs of scientific research.
