التحرش الجنسي ضد المرأة في الوسط المهني فيالجزائر: دراسة ميدانية لعينة من النساء المتحرش بهن جنسيا Sexual harassment against woman in the work place in Algeria: Field study of a sample of sexually harassed women

Abstract

حاولنا في هذه الدراسة الإحاطة ببعض خبايا ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي في الوسط المهني، من زاوية خاصة بنا كباحثين في ميدان تخصص علم الاجتماع. انطلقنا في بناء إشكاليتنا من التوجه القائم على أساس أن فعل التحرش الجنسي بعيدا عن اعتباره فعلا اجتماعيا معزولا، فهو مثل أي ظاهرة اجتماعية، نتيجة لعلاقات اجتماعية محددة تحدث كلها في إطار منظم ومحدد وهو المؤسسة، التي تحوي مضامين ثقافية تعرف بثقافة المؤسسة،وتنقل ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي ضد المرأة في عملية جماعية فالاستراتيجية الجماعية يمكن لها أن تفاقم أو تحد من ظاهرة التحرش ضد المرأة العاملة وتجعلها كمعيار مرجعي للجميعولهذا حاولنا التطرق لسيرورة سلوك التحرش الجنسي ضد المرأة في الوسط المهني بالجزائر، مع محاولة التعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه الزملاء والمسؤولين في تفاقم الظاهرة من خلال تحليل سلوكاتهم اتجاه وضعيات التحرش القائمة ضد زميلاتهم، وهذا من زاوية أحادية من جانب المرأة الضحية، بالإضافة إلى أهم الآثار المترتبة عنه.بالاعتماد على المنهج الكيفي In this study, we tried to take note of the phenomenon of sexual harassment in the professional sphere, from our own perspective as researchers in the field of sociology specialization. We set out to build our problem of orientation based on the fact that the act of sexual harassment is far from an isolated social act is like any social phenomenon, as a result of specific social relations occurring in a structured and specific framework, namely the institution sexual harassment against women in a collective process. A collective strategy can exacerbate or limit the phenomenon of harassment against women workers and make it a benchmark for all. That is why we have tried to address the need for sexual harassment against women in Algeria's professional environment. and attempting to identify the role that colleagues and officials play in exacerbating the phenomenon by analysing their behaviour towards existing harassment situations against their colleagues. This is from a unilateral standpoint on the part of the victim's woman, as well as the most significant implication, based on the qualitative approach
