الحقيقة واليقين القلبي بين الغزالي وباسكال

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى مقارنة منهج الغزالي في بحثه عن الحقيقة اليقينية بمنهج باسكال الذي بدوره يضع اليقين التام شرطا للحقيقة. فكلاهما يؤمن بأن اليقين القلبي هو أعلى مراتب اليقين الممكنة، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالحقيقة الدينية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أفكار باسكال قد كانت تكرارا واضحا لأفكار الغزالي. ومع انعدام أي دراسة تثبت تأثر باسكال بالغزالي، فإن أسبقية الغزالي في هذا الشأن تؤكد على أصالته الفلسفية والعلمية.

This study seeks to compare Al-Ghazali's approach in his search truth with Pascal's approach, which specifies total certainty as a condition of truth. They both believe that heartfelt certainty is the highest possible level of certainty, especially with regard to religious truth. The study concluded that Pascal's ideas were a clear repetition of Al-Ghazali's ideas. Even if there is no study proving that Pascal was influenced by Al-Ghazali, the latter's primacy in the matter confirms his philosophical and scientific originality.
