واقع ظروف العمل بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية ودور الأرغنوميا في تحسينها

Abstract

يهدف المقال الحالي الى تبيان واقع ظروف العمل بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية وحجم المعاناة التي يعانيها العاملين بها، بالاضافة الى ابراز دور الأرغنوميا في تحسين هذه الظروف، تحقيق رفاهية العمال، والحفاظ على صحتهم النفسية والجسدية والرقي بصحة المرضى، خاصة بعدما عرفته هذه الأخيرة من انتشار المشاكل، الضغوطات النفسية، حوادث العمل والأمراض المهنية، وسوء الخدمات الصحية المقدمة، الأمر الذي حال دون تحقيق الأهداف التي وضعت لأجلها مثل هذه المؤسسات، فكفاءة المؤسسات تكون عادة مرتبطة بكفاءة فضاءات العمل المكونة لها، فتصميمها وفقا للمعايير الأرغونومية يمثل وسيلة جد فعالة لتحسين الانتاج وتحسين ظروف العمل ما يحقق الراحة والرفاهية، وسلامة كل العاملين بها، وتقديم خدمات صحية ذات جودة. The current article aims to shed light on the existing work conditions within healthcare institutions, elucidating the challenges faced by their employees. Additionally, it seeks to emphasize the integral role that ergonomics plays in ameliorating these conditions, thereby promoting the overall well-being of workers and safeguarding their mental and physical health. Furthermore, the objective is to enhance patient care, especially in light of the escalating issues encompassing psychological pressures, work-related incidents, occupational ailments, and substandard healthcare provisions. These circumstances have impeded the realization of the objectives earmarked for entities of this nature. The efficacy of these establishments is conventionally entwined with the competence of their operative spatial domains. In fact, the conformation of these spaces in alignment with established ergonomic criteria epitomizes a markedly efficacious approach to heighten productivity and refine work conditions, thereby engendering optimal comfort, well-being, and security for the entire workforce. Furthermore, it contributes to the provision of healthcare services of elevated quality.
