تقييم مسار العلاقات السياسية العربية الإفريقية خلال فترة 1960-1980

Abstract

تشكل الفترة الزمنية 1960-1980 مرحلة متميزة في تاريخ مسار العلاقات بين الدول العربية والإفريقية بالنظر إلى واقع وآمال الاستقلال، حيث اقتضى الواقع التعاضد والاتحاد ضمن سياق موجات التحرر ومتطلباتها من جهة والاستقطاب الدولي من طرف المعسكرين الشرقي والغربي من جهة ثانية، ورسمت الآمال مستقبلا من التعاون وتوطيد العلاقات وتشكيل جبهة موحدة تجاه القضايا المشتركة. تحكمت قضايا محددة في علاقات ذات طابع سياسي بالأساس طيلة عقدين من الزمن، فكانت قضايا تصفية الاستعمار والصراع العربي الصهيوني ومشاكل الحدود محاورا دائمة الحضور في العلاقات البينية؛ وما أن تغير مسار تلك القضايا حتى انكشف ضعف ما تم بنائه من علاقات سياسيا واقتصاديا وثقافيا، وارتبطت بالمصالح السياسية الآنية؛ عوضا عن بناء قاعدة مصالح دائمة ومتعددة. The period of 1960-1980 was an important stage of the historical Arab African countries’ relations path, viewing the independence realities and hopes. The realities required synergy and union within context of liberation waves and international polarization, the hopes painted a future of cooperation. Specific issues controlled relations with political character during this period, the decolonization, the Arab Zionist conflict and borders problems were constantly present axes in the interrelations; once the path of these issues changed, weakness of the built relations was revealed, and it were linked to immediate political interests; instead of building a durable and various interests base.
