تكنولوجيا الاتصال و أثرها على السلوك التنظيمي لدى الأحزاب السياسية

Abstract

يدور موضوع دراستنا حول أثر تكنولوجيا الاتصال على السلوك التنظيمي لدى الأحزاب السياسية وحاولنا دراسته من خلال تسليط الضوء على مختلف نشاطات وأدوات تكنولوجيا الاتصال في التنظيم الحزبي، وقد استعملنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسة حالة لحزب جبهة المستقبل المتواجدفي الجزائر العاصمة، والجانب المنهجي تمّ التطرق فيه إلى إشكالية الدراسة والتي ناقشت تأثير تكنولوجيا الاتصال على السلوك التنظيمي لدى أعضاء الحزب. واندرجت تحت هذه الإشكالية تساؤلات الدراسة وأهدافها، وتحديد مجتمع البحث بالاعتماد على العينة العشوائية المنتظمة، بالإضافة إلى استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، ووضعنا عدد من الدراسات السابقةالتيتناولتالموضوع، وقسمنا الجانب النظري إلى ثلاثة فصول،أما الجانب الميداني قمنابتفسير و تحليل بيانات الجداول وصولا إلى استخلاص النتائج The subject of our study delves into the impact of communication technology on the organizational behavior of political parties, as we tried to study the subject by highlighting various activities and tools of communication technology in terms of the party organization, We have also used the analytical descriptive method throughout studying the case of the front of the future party in Algiers; The problem of the study discussed the impacts of communication technology on the organizational behavior of the party’s members regarded its methodological aspect. Under this problem fell the questions and objectives of the study, and the identification of the research community based on the regular random sample, in addition to the use of the questionnaire as a tool for data collection Tables data down to draw conclusions.
