مهارات تعدد المهام لدى الترجمان في الجزائر: دراسة ميدانية في معهد الترجمة

Abstract

تتخذ نظريات الترجمة المعاصرة مسارا معرفيا، له أثر كبير على الدراسات الميدانية التي أجريت مؤخرا، والتي تتعامل مع الترجمة كعملية لا منتوج. ركّز التوجه المعرفي في مجال دراسات الترجمة الشفهية على الجانب النفسي للترجمان، والذي يشمل عدة مؤشرات تساهم في نجاحه في مساره الدراسي ثم التفوق في مهنته كترجمان محترف. قام العديد من الباحثين الأجانب في تخصصات أخرى غير الترجمة الشفهية بضبط نماذج للمؤهلات المعرفية التي تبيّن أنها حاسمة في جودة الأداء الترجماني، إلاّ أنه وجب تصنيفها من خلال التخصصات المعرفية وتعريفها لغرض دراستها وأخذها بعين الاعتبار في الدراسات الميدانية المتعلقة بالترجمان والترجمة الشفهية. تكتسب المهارات مهما كانت طبيعتها خلال المسار الدراسي، كما أنها قابلة للتطوير والارتقاء إلى مستوى الاستراتيجيات والتقنيات التي يستخدمها الترجمان بغية تخطي الصعوبات واحتواء الأعباء والضغوطات الناتجة عن عملية الترجمة الشفهية، وخاصة أثناء الأداء الآني، إذ يحتاج الترجمان إلى تطوير مهارات معرفية تجعله أكثر ثقة بنفسه في مختلف الوضعيات، وذلك بالإضافة إلى تمكّنه من لغات العمل This modern cognitive approach to the interpretation process is based on multidisciplinary principles linking translation studies to fields such as: psychology, cognitive neuroscience, computer science, artificial intelligence, language sciences and linguistics. Such principles are represented in human brain by the cognitive functions. However, it is important to distinguish between skills types required for the activity of interpretation, both linguistic and cognitive in order to be able to help the interpreters during their training period, a crucial one to know whether they’re going to be successful or not. The following empirical study allows us to observe the process of interpretation through the following components: Memory, intelligence, information, language processing, decision-making, problem solving, performance and multitasking. Some tasks require more attention; others are more likely to be categorized under the automatization process.The study main question was about how to unveil the nature of the relationship between multitasking skills and the interpreter’s performance. It was conducted on 14 interpreters practitioners through questionnaires and self-evaluation of their own interpreting performance
