Abstract

يعتبر المورد البشري هو العصب الأساسي في صناعة السياحة، ذلك كون هذا المجال يقدم خدمات متنوعة ومتعددة، فهو بحاجة إلى موارد بشرية بمؤهلات ومواصفات ومهارات خاصة تتناسب ومستوى ونوع وحجم الخدمات المقدمة للمستهلكين السياحيين، وهذا يستوجب بتنمية مهارات تتعلق بخدمة الزبائن وكيفية التفاعل معهم، فتقديم الخدمة بشكلها الصحيح يتوقف على مدى كفاءة العاملين والمهارات التي يتميزون بها . لذلك يجب نشر الثقافة السياحية وتنميتها لدى أفراد العاملين فهي ليست مسؤولية القطاع السياحي والناشطين فيه فقط ، وإنما هي مسؤولية تقع على الجميع فإذا انتشرت هذه الثقافة فإن ذلك يعني توفر المناخ المناسب للنشاط السياحي، لأنه مهما كانت الدولة غنيـة بـالموارد الطبيعية والحضـارة والمادية والاستثمارية فإنه لا يمكن الوصول إلى اقتصاد The human resource is considered the main nerve in the tourism industry, because this field provides a variety of services.
