زنا المحارم في المجتمع الجزائري

Abstract

الدراسة تتناول واقع ظاهرة زنا المحارم في المجتمع الجزائري ،وتهدف إلى التعرف على حجم الظاهرة واتجاهاتها وخصائص مرتكبيها، وأهم العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية المساهمة في حدوث زنا المحارم في الأسرة الجزائرية ،وكذلك أهم الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية التي تتركها جريمة زنا المحارم على مرتكبيها وعلى الأسرة والمجتمع . اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة وتقنية المقابلة وتحليل المحتوى ،وكانت عينة الدراسة عينة قصدية تتمثل في الأفراد الذين مروا بتجربة زنا المحارم دون التمييز بين الجاني والضحية ، وحجم العينة في دراسة الحالة هو (22) حالة في المجال الجغرافي : الجزائر العاصمة ،البليدة ، المدية ، البويرة ،وتيبازة) ،كما تم تحليل محتوى سبعة (07) محاضر قضائية ،وأجريت الدراسة في الفترة الزمنية (2010-2016) .

This study deals with the reality of the phenomenon of incest in Algerian society ,it aims to identify the phenomenon, its trends ,the characteristics of incest perpetrators , its important psychological and social factors contributing to the occurrence of incest in the Algerian family ;as well as the most important psychological and social effects that the crime of incest has on its perpetrators and on the family and society .the study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, case study methodology ,interview technique and content analysis. Study’s sample is (22) cases in the geographical area :Algiers ,Blida ,Medea , Bouira, and Tipaza .And seven (07) judicial records was analyzed .study was conducted in the time period (2010-2016).
