الإمــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــام سحنـــــــــــــــــــــون وإسهاماته في انتشار المــــــــــــــــــــــذهب المالكي في الغرب الإسلامي

Abstract

نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على دور الإمام أبوسعيد عبد السلام بن سعيد التنوخي المعروف بالإمام سحنون في التمكين للمذهب المالكي في الغرب الإسلامي، فمن خلال كتب الطبقات والتاريخ وخاصة المالكية منها نجد الثناء الكبير والذكر الواسع لشخصه ودوره في ذلك، كما أن لمؤلَفه المدونة الأثر الواضح والقيمة الجلية لكل دارس ومتفقه مالكي، وله ذكر وسيرته في عديد الدراسات سواء التاريخية أو المذهبية خاصة تلك التي لها صلة ببلاد المغرب عامة ومدينة القيروان خاصة، لهذا ارتأينا عدم إتباع النمط التقليدي في دراسة الشخصيات واكتفينا في ترجمته بلمحات صغيرة لما في ذلك من التكرار بحكم تشبع الموضوع بالدراسات السابقة، وحاولنا التركيز في بحثنا هذا على لب الموضوع ألا وهو دور الإمام سحنون في انتشار المذهب المالكي في الغرب الإسلامي وكل ما له صلة بذلك، والله ولي التوفيق. In This research papier, we try to shed light on the role of Imam Sahnoun, in spreading the Maliki thought in the Islamic West. Indeed, through the books “E-Tabakat” and “E-Tarikh”, especially the Maliki ones, we find great praise and extensive mention of his personality and his role in that. Moreover, his book of al-Mudawwanah has a clear impact and a clear value for every student of Maliki, in addition to that he is mentioned in many studies, whether historical or doctrinal, especially those related to the countries of the Maghreb in general and the city of Kairouan in particular. For this reason, we decided not to follow the traditional pattern in studying the characters, and we contented ourselves with translating it with small glimpses of repetition due to the saturation of the subject by previous studies. We tried to focus in this research on the core of the subject, which is the role of Imam Sahnoun in the spread of the Maliki thought in the Islamic West and everything related to that.
