بلدية وادي العـــلايق من خلال كشاف الجمعية الجغرافية لمدينة الجزائر وإفريقيا الشمالية -الثلاثي الأول- سنة1909

Abstract

تناولت في هذا المقال دراسة عن بلدية وادي العلايق تعود للفترة الاستعمارية، لكاتبها ماري بيترال الذي تطرق فيها إلى الفترات التاريخية التي مرت بها من ما قبل التاريخ، مرورا بالفترة الاسلامية والعثمانية وصولا إلى السيطرة الفرنسية. إن اشتداد المقاومة في سهل المتيجة دفع الاحتلال إلى إنشاء مركز عسكري ومع مرور الوقت تحولت وادي العلايق من فرع تابع لبلدية البليدة إلى بلدية كاملة الصلاحيات والسلطات. كما إستعرض بين طيات الدراسة المعمرين الأوائل لوادي العلايق والظروف التي واجهتهم في المنطقة، خاصة منها الطبيعية المتمثلة في الرطوبة العالية وانتشار المستنقعات وما تسببه من أمراض. يُذكر في هذا الباب بأنها الدراسة الوحيدة والكاملة عن البلدية، لا توجد أية دراسات تخبرنا عن تاريخ وادي العلايق باستثناء الدراسات التي تشير إليها بشكل سطحي In this article, we deal with a study on the municipality of Oued el alleug dating back to the colonial period, writer by Marie Peytral. This study touched the historical periods that went through, from prehistory, the Islamic and Ottoman periods to French colonialism. The intensification of the resistance in the Al-Matija plain prompted the occupation to establish a military center and later, Oued el alleug was disconnected from a branch of the municipality of Blida to a municipality with full powers and authorities. he also reviewed between the folds of the study the first centenarians of Oued el alleug and the conditions they faced in the region especially the natural ones represented by high humidity and the spread of swamps and the diseases they cause . It is mentioned in this section that it is the only and complete study on the municipality. There are no studies that tell us about the history of Oued el alleug except for the studies that refer to it for the studies that refer to it casually
