الواقع السوسيو-ديمغرافي لمرضى سرطان القولون والمستقيم في الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت الد ا رسة السوسیو-دیمغ ا رفیة إلى التعریف بالظاهرة، وإب ا رز انتشا رها على المستوى العالمي والعربي والوطني، وواقع التكفل الصحي بالمرضى المصابین بسرطان القولون والمستقیم في الج ا زئر. بینت الد ا رسة أن سرطان القولون والمستقیم ینتشر بین الجنسین مع تفوق طفیف لجنس الذكور وتزداد حدته بعد سن 50 وهو من أكثر السرطانات المسببة للوفاة. كما أوضحت أن نمط الحیاة السابق للمرضى المصابین بسرطان القولون والمستقیم یختلف حسب خصائصهم السوسیو-دیمغ ا رفیة والاقتصادیة، وأن حالتهم الصحیة كانت متباینة، وذلك حسب تاریخهم المرضي وعوامل الخطر والوقایة التي تعرضوا لها في حیاتهم السابقة. وبینت أیضا أن مستوى الرضا للمرضى كان مختلفا، وذلك حسب نوعیة الخدمات الصحیة والتكفل الصحي الذي تلقوه أثناء فترة العلاج وقد انعكس ذلك على حالتهم الصحیة The socio-demographic study aimed to introduce the phenomenon, highlight its spread at the global, Arab and national levels, and the reality of health care for patients with colorectal cancer in Algeria. The study showed that colorectal cancer spreads between both sexes, with a slight predominance in males, and its severity increases after the age of 50, and it is one of the most common cancers that causes death. She also explained that the previous lifestyle of patients with colorectal cancer varied according to their socio-demographic and economic characteristics, and that their health status varied, according to their medical history and the risk and protective factors they were exposed to in their previous lives. It also showed that the level of satisfaction of patients was different, depending on the quality of health services and health care they received during the treatment period, and this was reflected in their health condition
