برنامج علاجي مقترح للخفض من شدة اضطرابات الكلام عند أطفال متلازمة داون "التأتأة نموذجا"

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى كشف ومعرفة أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح للخفض من شدة اضطراب التأتأة ، تطبيقا على أطفال متلازمة داون المترددين للمراكز النفسية البيداغوجية للتخلف الذهني بولاية المدية(ذراع السمار،البرواقية). وقد تضمنت العينة 16طفلا تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية قصدية إعتمادا على المنهج التجريبي وتم تقسيمهم على مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية. وللإجابة على تساؤل الرئيسي التالي : هل يخفض البرنامج التدريبي المقترح من شدة "التأتأة " عند أطفال متلازمة داون؟ ولمعرفة شدة اضطراب التأتأة، إعتمدنا على مقياس شدة التأتأة لدى معاقين عقليا قابلين للتعلم بالإضافة لبرنامج التدريبي المعد من طرف الباحثة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - انخفاض درجات اضطراب التأتأة نسبيا لدى عينة الدراسة وحفاظها على ثبات النتائج بعد مدة شهر ونصف من تطبيق البرنامج، وعلى بقاء أثر البرنامج بعد نهاية البرنامج. كما برزت فاعلية البرنامج في الخفض من المظاهر العامة لتأتأة (مرات حدوث التأتأة، أعراض التأتأة،انخفاض طول فترة الزمنية للتأتأة، الخفض من اضطرابات التنفس). - بقاء الخلل الحركي والجسمي وعدم تمكن البرنامج من علاج هذه المشكلة. The study aimed to detect and identify the impact of a proposed treatment program to reduce the severity of speech disorders (stuttering) in children of Down’s Syndrome on pedagogical psychiatric centres for mental retardation in Medea. The sample included 16 children chosen intentionally and divided into two control and experimental groups. In order to answer the study’s questions and achieve its objectives, we have adopted an experimental methodby measuring the degree of mental disability through the sequential and colorful Raven matrices. To identify the severity of stuttering disorder, we have relied on the scalpel of learning mentally handicapped persons, as well as the therapeutic program prepared by the researcher and we have achieved the following results: - Lower degrees of stuttering disorder in the study sample and maintaining the stability of results after the tracking measurement and the survival of the program effect after the end of the program. The effectiveness of the program in reducing general manifestations of stuttering (stuttering times, stuttering symptoms, reduced length of time to stutter, reduction of respiratory disorders) - Maintainingthe movement and physical dysfunction and the inability of the program to remedy this problem
