رسالة الشيخ أحمد بن الصديق الغماري إلى المختار السوسي بمناسبة محاكمته

Abstract

عرفت فترة ما بعد الاستقلال صراعا مستميتا بين القوى الوطنية، إذ عم الساحة صراع محتدم حول السلطة بين الأحزاب، أدى بعد سلسلة من المناوشات إلى مقتل واختفاء الكثير من الشخصيات المؤثرة على الساحة المغربية، وبين هذه الأجواء المشحونة كانت عائلة بن الصديق في شمال المغرب (طنجة) أمام المصير نفسه لولا اللطائف الربانية، إذ صادرت اللجنة القائمة بحيازة أمالك من أدرجوا ضمن قائمة الخونة أملاك الشيخ الجليل أحمد الصديق الغماري، بل وكانت حياته أيضا مهددة بسبب إدراجه على قائمة الخونة الذين حكم عليهم بالتصفية من طرف حزب الاستقلال. وقد شابت المرحلة الكثير من الانتهاكات والمحاكمات والتصفيات الغير القانونية، إلا أن الشيخ أحمد بن الصديق خرج من هذه المؤامرة سليما بسبب فراره من طنجة إلى القاهرة. وأمام هذه الأجواء المتوترة أرسل الشيخ أحمد بن الصديق رسالة مطولة إلى الشيخ المختار السوسي يرفع إليه تظلمه مما صدر عن اللجنة المكلفة التي صادرت الهكتارات من الأراضي الخاصة به، بالإضافة إلى ممتلكات أخرى.
