Abstract

This article aims to examine the cultural background of entrepreneurial behavior and its relationship with values, social heritage, and institutional environment, focusing on theoretical approaches by Max Weber and Queré Tribo. The study highlights the role of universities and scientific research in fostering entrepreneurial behavior and analyzes the impact of Hofstede’s cultural dimensions on innovation and economic initiative. The article also reviews the challenges and opportunities for promoting entrepreneurial culture and provides practical recommendations to enhance the institutional, cultural, and societal environment supporting entrepreneurial projects. يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة الخلفية الثقافية للسلوك المقاولاتِي وعلاقته بالقيم والموروث الاجتماعي والبيئة المؤسسية، مع التركيز على المقاربات النظرية لماكس فيبر وقاري تريبو. يعرض البحث دور الجامعة والبحث العلمي في تعزيز السلوك المقاولاتِي، ويحلل تأثير الأبعاد الثقافية وفق هوفستد على القدرة على الابتكار والمبادرة الاقتصادية. كما يستعرض المقال التحديات والفرص لتعزيز ثقافة المقاولاتية، ويقدم توصيات عملية لدعم البيئة المؤسسية والثقافية والمجتمعية للمشاريع الريادية.
