دور فاعلية أسلوب العمل بالفرق في ديناميكية التخطيط الإستراتيجي بالمؤسسة الجزائرية

Abstract

هدفت دراستنا إلى الإجابة عن التساؤل المحوري التالي: كيف تحدد العمليات الإستراتيجية من خلال دور فاعلية أسلوب العمل بالفرق في ديناميكية التخطيط الإستراتيجي بالمؤسسة الجزائرية؟ وقد اخترنا مؤسسة الحماية المدنية بالأغواط ميدانا لدراستنا حيث توصلنا إلى أن العمليات الإستراتيجية تتحدد من خلال دور قابلية أعضاء فريق العمل لإنجاز عمل متكامل في اختيار البدائل الاستراتيجية، وتحدد كذلك من خلال دور تفضيلات أعضاء الفريق في التفاعل مع المعلومات والتقنية والإتصالات، كما تحدد أيضا من خلال أنظمة تقييم أداء أعضاء الفريق ودورها في الإلتزام بتحمل المسؤولية. وقد انتهجنا المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي واستعملنا أداتي الاستمارة والمقابلة من أجل اختبار فرضيات بحثنا ولتفريغ البيانات إحصائيا اعتمدنا علىspssالإصدار21 من أجل تأويلها سوسيولوجيا Our studyaimed to answer the following central question: How do youdefinestrategicoperationsthrough the role of effective teamworkmethod in the dynamics of strategic planning in the Algerian institution? We chose the Civil Protection Foundation in Laghouat as a field for ourstudy, as weconcludedthatstrategicprocesses are determined by the role of the team members’ ability to complete an integratedwork in choosingstrategic alternatives, as itisdetermined by the role of team members’ preferences in interactingwith information, technology and communications, as determined by Systems for evaluating the performance of team members and theirrole in the obligation to takeresponsibility. Weadopted the descriptive statisticalapproach and used the questionnaire and interview tools in order to test ourresearchhypotheses and statistically dump the data, and werelied on spss version 21 for social interpretation.
