Abstract

.يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة حماية التراث الثقافي في ظل هشاشة تأطير المجتمع المدني وضغوط العولمة الثقافية، مع التركيز على دور المجتمع المدني، السياسات الحكومية، التكنولوجيا، والشراكات الدولية والمحلية. ويستعرض المقال طبيعة التراث الثقافي المادي وغير المادي، ويحلل تأثير العولمة على الهوية الثقافية والانتماء الاجتماعي، بالإضافة إلى التحديات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والقانونية التي تواجه حماية التراث. كما يقترح المقال استراتيجيات شاملة لتعزيز قدرات المجتمع المدني، دمج التكنولوجيا الحديثة، نشر الوعي المجتمعي، وتفعيل الشراكات لضمان استدامة التراث الثقافي والحفاظ على الهوية المجتمعية. This article aims to examine the protection of cultural heritage in the context of weak civil society frameworks and the pressures of cultural globalization, with a focus on the role of civil society, government policies, technology, and local and international partnerships. The article explores both tangible and intangible cultural heritage, analyzes the impact of globalization on cultural identity and social cohesion, and discusses the economic, social, and legal challenges facing heritage protection. It also proposes comprehensive strategies to enhance civil society capacities, integrate modern technology, raise public awareness, and strengthen partnerships to ensure the sustainability of cultural heritage and the preservation of community identity
