لصدمات الجماعية وإعادة تشكيل المجتمع: قراءة سوسيولوجية للمجتمعات ما بعد الإرهاب

Abstract

This article seeks to offer a multidimensional sociological reading of the phenomenon of post-trauma in societies affected by terrorism, moving beyond traditional psychological or security-centered approaches that often confine their analysis to the individual or security dimensions of terrorist events. The study is grounded in the hypothesis that collective trauma is not merely a temporary occurrence, but rather a structural social phenomenon embedded in the cultural, political, and symbolic contexts of society. As such, it profoundly shapes collective identity, social bonds, the structure of collective memory, the public sphere, and even the formulation of public policies. The article adopts a focused theoretical and analytical approach, supported by a comparative framework drawing on contemporary Arab and Western sociological studies. This framework aims to deconstruct the mechanisms of societal recovery while simultaneously examining their limits and possibilities. The study concludes that recovery from the effects of terrorism cannot be understood as a linear process or a rapid technical solution; instead, it should be viewed as a long-term, dynamic social process in which power relations, culture, and symbolic economy intersect, forming a complex network of interactions among individuals, groups, and institutions. يسعى هذا المقال إلى تقديم قراءة سوسيولوجية متعددة الأبعاد لظاهرة ما بعد الصدمة في المجتمعات المتأثرة بالإرهاب، متجاوزًا المقاربات النفسية أو الأمنية التقليدية التي غالبًا ما تقتصر على الأبعاد الفردية أو الأمنية للحدث الإرهابي. ينطلق البحث من فرضية أن الصدمة الجماعية ليست مجرد حدث مؤقت، بل هي ظاهرة اجتماعية بنيوية تتجذر في السياقات الثقافية والسياسية والرمزية للمجتمع، وتؤثر بعمق في تكوين الهوية الجمعية، الروابط الاجتماعية، بنية الذاكرة الجماعية، الفضاء العام، وحتى صياغة السياسات العامة. يعتمد المقال على مقاربة نظرية تحليلية مركَّزة، مدعومة بإطار مقارن مستند إلى دراسات سوسيولوجية عربية وغربية معاصرة، تهدف إلى تفكيك آليات التعافي المجتمعي، ورصد حدودها وإمكاناتها في الوقت ذاته. ويخلص البحث إلى أن التعافي من آثار الإرهاب لا يمكن فهمه كمسار خطي أو كحل تقني سريع، بل يجب اعتباره عملية اجتماعية ديناميكية طويلة الأمد، تتداخل فيها أبعاد السلطة، الثقافة، والاقتصاد الرمزي، وتشكل شبكة معقدة من التفاعلات بين الأفراد والجماعات والمؤسسات.
