مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين وفق مقاربة الكفاءات من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمدراء دراسة تطبيقية -

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الكشف عن مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في الجزائر في ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمدراء، وكذا التعرف على أثر المتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، الأقدمية في العمل، المؤهل العلمي) على تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة الإسهام في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين في المدارس الحكومية وفق مقاربة الكفاءات، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم بناء أداة مكونة من (53) فقرة تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (353) معلما ومعلمة و(62) مديرا وذلك بولاية المسيلة وسط بينت نتائج الدراسة: أن إسهامات المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين جاءت بدرجات متوسطة في الأداة ككل بمتوسط حسابي عام قدره (3.19) وانحراف معياري بلغ (1.09) بالنسبة لعينة المعلمين. أما عينة المدراء فقد جاءت تقديراتهم مرتفعة جدا بمتوسط حسابي عام قدره (3.63) وانحراف معياري بلغ (1.28)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة المعلمين تعزى لمتغير(الجنس) بينما توجد فروق في (الأقدمية، والمؤهل العلمي)، كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة المدراء.This study aims to reveal the extent to which the educational supervisor's Contribution to improving the educational performance of primary school Teachers in Algeria in the light of the competencies approach from the of demographic variables (gender, seniority academic, qualification) on the sample members' estimates of the degree of contribution to improving the educational performance of teachers in public schools according to the competency approach, and to achieve the objective of the study, a tool consisting of (53) items was built and applied to a sample consisting (353) male and female teachers and (62) principals, in the state of M'sila, central, with the results of the study showed: The contributions of the educational supervisor in improving the educational performance of teachers came with average scores in the tool as a whole, with a general arithmetic mean of (3.19) and a standard deviation of (1.09) for the sample of the teachers, As for the sample of principals, their estimates were very high ,with a general arithmetic mean of (3.63) and a standard deviation of (1.28) the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the members of the sample of teachers due to the gender variable , while there were differences in seniority and academic qualification, lt also showed that there were no significant differences, statistic among the sample of managers.
