العلاقة بين الإشراف الأكاديمي والتعلم الذاتي لدى طلبة الدكتوراه في العلوم الاجتماعية

Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of self-directed learning among doctoral students and to explore the nature of the relationship between the student and the academic supervisor in this context. The study also seeks to identify potential differences in students’ reliance on self-directed learning based on gender among doctoral students in the Department of Social Sciences at the University Center of Tipaza. The study was conducted on a random sample of 28 students from a population of 45. A 44-item questionnaire was used to measure students’ self-directed learning. The results revealed variations among the participants in their use of self-directed learning, while no statistically significant gender differences were found. Moreover, the study highlighted that effective academic supervision contributes to enhancing self-directed learning, by providing guidance, support, and encouragement for critical thinking and research autonomy. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى التعلم الذاتي لدى طلبة الدكتوراه واستكشاف طبيعة العلاقة بين الطالب والأستاذ المشرف في سياق هذا التعلم. كما تسعى الدراسة إلى تحديد الفروق المحتملة في اعتماد الطلبة على التعلم الذاتي تبعًا لمتغير الجنس، وذلك لدى طلبة الدكتوراه بقسم العلوم الاجتماعية بالمركز الجامعي تيبازة. اعتمدت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 28 طالبًا من أصل مجتمع مكون من 45 طالبًا، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وتم استخدام استبيان مكون من 44 بندًا لقياس مستوى التعلم الذاتي لدى الطلاب. أظهرت النتائج تفاوتًا بين أفراد العينة في درجة اعتمادهم على التعلم الذاتي، بينما لم تُسجّل فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. كما تبين أن الإشراف الأكاديمي الفاعل يسهم في تعزيز التعلم الذاتي لدى طلبة الدكتوراه، من خلال تقديم الدعم والتوجيه وتشجيع التفكير النقدي والاستقلالية في البحث العلمي.
