dc.description.abstract	تم اكتشاف الذهب في منطقة الترنسفال في جنوب أفريقيا عام 1886، وسرعان ما أصبحت من أغنى الوحدات السياسية في جنوب افريقيا. وفي ظل احتياج المناجم الشديد للعمالة الوطنية للقيام بالأعمال غير الماهرة، فقد تولى رجال الاعمال عملية امداد المناجم بهذه العمالة من مختلف انحاء الجنوب الافريقي نظير مقابل مادي عن كل عامل. وببدء العمل في مناجم الذهب، وإزياد الطلب على العمالة الوطنية الافريقية، اقبل الافارقة على العمل في المناجم بعد ضغط كبير من البيض، وتركوا قبائلهم ليدخلوا الى العالم الصناعي. وقد أدى خروج الافارقة للعمل لدى البيض في المناجم الى تأثيرات كثيرة حيث قلت فاعلية قوانين القبيلة التي تحكم تحركات الافارقة، وبدأت سلطة القبيلة تقل على هؤلاء العمال الذين لم يعودوا يشعرون بضرورة تقديم الولاء لزعيم القبيلة بعد ان تعلموا العمل في ظل اسياد جدد.	ar_AR
dc.description.sponsorship	Gold was discovered in the Transvaal region of South Africa in 1886, and it quickly became one of the richest political units in South Africa. Considering the severe need of the mines for national labour to do unskilled work, businessmen took over the process of supplying mines with these labours from various parts of southern Africa in exchange for a fee for each labour. With the start of work in gold mines, and the increase in the demand for African national labour, Africans began to work in the mines after great pressure from the whites and left their tribes to enter the industrial world. The exit of Africans to work for whites in the mines had many effects, as the effectiveness of the tribe’s laws governing the movements of Africans decreased, and the tribe’s authority began to diminish those labour who no longer felt the need to pledge allegiance to the tribe’s leader after learning to work under new masters.	ar_AR
