دور مديريات وزارة التسليح والاتصالات العامة " Malg "في الثورة التحريرية 1958-1962م

Abstract

The Algerian intelligence agency has played an effective role at all levels since the beginning of the liberation revolution, such as eavesdropping on the enemy, fighting espionage, eliminating colonialist elements, confronting specialized administrative interests SAS. Due to the effectiveness of the agency on one hand and the development in the structure and organization of the revolution on the other hand, the Ministry of Public Communications and Transportation MAGC and the Ministry of Armament and General Supply MARG were unified into one agency called "Ministry of Armament and Public Communications MALG" headed by Abdelhafid Boussouf. Its powers expanded through its affiliated departments and directorates in terms of repair, communication and signal or espionage, making its impact and effectiveness greater in the revolution and sovereignty recovery, especially its sensitive role in negotiations. أدى العمل الاستخباراتي منذ بدايات الثورة التحريرية دورا فعالا علي جميع المستويات مثل التنصت على العدو ومحاربة الجوسسة وتصفية العناصر العميلة للاستعمار ومواجهة المصالح الإدارية المتخصصة" S.A.S" ونظرا لأهمية الجهاز الاستخباري من جهة والتطور المضطرد في هيكلة وتنظيم الثورة فقد تم توحيد وزارة الاتصالات العامة والمواصلات MAG ووزارة التسليح والتموين العام MARG في جهاز واحد هو وزارة التسليح والاتصالات العامة ""MALG وعلى رأسها عبد الحفيظ بوصوف وقد توسعت صلاحياته من خلال المصالح والمديريات التابعة له والمسؤولة عن التسليح أو الاتصال و الإشارة أو الجوسسة، ما جعل تأثيره وفعاليته في الثورة يعتبر أساسيا وخاصة دوره الحساس في المفاوضات واسترجاع السيادة.
