Abstract

لقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الاطروحة التي جاءت تحت عنوان الخلفية السوسيوثقافية للفعل الاجتماعي بالمنظمة ،أن نبحث في موضوع الفعل الاجتماعي بين المنظورات البيروقرطية كما ناقشتها النظرية السوسيولوجية وبين التمثّلات الاجتماعية عند الافراد والفاعلين بالاستناد على التحوّلات السوسيوتنظيمية للمؤسسة الجزائرية والتّطورات التي عرفتها من منظور نظرية الفعل الاجتماعي وذلك بربطها بالبنية الاجتماعية التي انبثقت عنها والتّركبية الاجتماعية للافراد والفاعلين المشتغلين فيها ،و عليه حاولنا توظيف مختلف البحوث والدراسات الانتروبولوجية والسوسيولوجية التي اشارت لموضوع الفعل وكذا المداخل النظرية المفسرة له . This thesis, which came under the title of the sociocultural background of social action in the organization, has tried to discuss the issue of social action between bureaucratic perspectives as discussed by sociological theory and between social representations of individuals and actors based on the socio-organizational transformations of the Algerian institution and the developments that it knew from the perspective of social action theory by linking it to the social structure that emerged from it and the social structure of individuals and actors working in it, and accordingly, we tried to employ various anthropological and sociological research and studies that referred to the subject of the act, as well as the theoretical approaches that explain it.
