فوج "الأمل" الكشفي بمنطقة الجلفة ودوره في الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية (1939 ـــ 1954)

Abstract

نحاول من خلال هذا المقال التعريف بتاريخ الحركة الكشفية بمنطقة الجلفة، من خلال الدور الرائد الذي لعبه فوج "الأمل" في تكوين وتهذيب شباب المنطقة بأنشطته الثقافية والرياضية. ومن جهة أخرى لم يفوّت الفوج أي مناسبة للتعبير عن طابعه الوطني، فكان على تواصل دائم مع الأفواج الكشفية الأخرى المنضوية تحت لواء جامعة الكشافة الإسلامية الجزائرية، وسجل حضورا بارزا في المخيم الكشفي الكبير المنعقد بتلمسان سنة 1944، والذي حضرته الكثير من الشخصيات الوطنية على غرار فرحات عباس، والشيخ البشير الإبراهيمي، ومن نشاطاته كذلك مشاركته في الجمبوري العالمي للسلام، ولما كان لهذا التجمع من دور في التعريف بالقضية الجزائرية، وربط أواصر الصداقة مع الفرق الكشفية العالمية بشكل عام، والعربية الإسلامية بشكل خاص. وسيظهر جهد الحركة الكشفية بالمنطقة بشكل واضح مع اندلاع الثورة التحريرية عندما أمدت جبهة التحرير الوطني بشباب جاهز وواعي بالعمل المسلح والقضية الوطنية This paper at highlighting scout activity in the region of Djelfa, through the prominent role played by "Al Amel" (Hope) Group in forming and educating the youth residing in the region, via cultural and sporting activities. In parallel, the group did not miss any opportunity to put fotrth their patriotic character as they were in a continuous contact with other scouts under the Algerian Muslim Scouts Association, and has made a remarkable presence in th massive scout camp held in Tlemcen in 1944, wherein prominent national personas and icons like Ferhat Abbas, Sheikh Al Bachir el Ibrahimi. Among their activities was their participation in the International Scout PEACE Camp, that had an important role in publicizing the Algerian cause. The effort of the scout movement in the region would be evident along with the outbreak of the liberation reolition, as it provided the National Liberation Front with ready and aware youth of armed action and the national cause.
