الخدمات الوقفية في الدولة العثمانية 699-1060 هـ/ 1299-1650 م (البلدان العربية نموذجا )

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث الخدمات الوقفية في الدولة العثمانية منذ تاسيسها حتى 1650م وهذه الفترة التي شهدت ازدهار النشاط الوقفي في الدولة العثمانية من حيث تنوع هذه الخدمات سواء في مجال بناء الجوامع والجسور والقىلاع والزوايا وبيوت الارامل واليتامى وغير من المؤسسات ذات الخدمات العامة. كما ركز البحث على اوقاف الحريم السلطاني التي شكلت حيزا كبيرا في مساحة الوقف العثماني خاصة في المنطقة العربية This paper deals with Al- Waqf services in the Ottoman state since its establishment till 1650 (AD) .This era witnessed the flourishment of Al- Waqf activity in the Ottoman state in what concerns the diversity of those services regarns building of mosques , bridges , castles , houses worshipping , and windows and orphans , house and other establishments of general services .The paper as well focuses on Sultanic AlHaream waqf that constituted a large size in the ottoman waqf area , espeaially in the Arabic region .
