بناء مقياس مهارات الإدارة الصَّفية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء مقياس لمهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي. كما تهدف إلى تحديد وضبط أهم المهارات الصفية اللازمة لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي والتعرف على مستوى إدراك وممارسة أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي لمهارات الإدارة الصفية، وما إن كانت هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى امتلاك وتطبيق المهارات اللازمة لإدارة صفية فعالة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، التخصص العلمي، الأقدمية، والشهادة المتحصل عليها، وكذلك التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس، وما إن كان يساهم في تحسين الأداء التدريسي لدى أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي. منهج الدراسة: استخدم المنهج الوصفي. مجتمع وعينة الدراسة: يتكون المجتمع الأصلي من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، والعينة عشوائية تضم (390) أستاذ وأستاذة. نتائج الدراسة: - مستوى ممارسة وإدراك أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي لمهارات الإدارة الصفية مستوى مرتفع. - توجد فروق في مستوى امتلاك وتطبيق المهارات اللازمة لإدارة صفية فعَالة تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث على حساب الذكور، ومتغير التخصص العلمي لصالح تخصص علم النفس التربوي،ومتغير الأقدمية، ومتغير الشهادة المتحصل عليها لصالح شهادة الليسانس. - مقياس مهارات الإدارة الصفية المطلوبة لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي صادق ويقيس فعلا ما وضع لقياسه. كما أنه قيمه ونتائجه تعتبر كافية ومقبولة للحكم على مقياس مهارات الادارة الصفية بالثبات. - يساهم مقياس مهارات الإدارة الصَّفية في تحسين الأداء التدريسي لدى أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي The study aimed to build a measure of classroom management skills among primary education teachers. It also aims to identify and control the most important classroom skills necessary for primary education teachers and to identify the level of awareness and practice of classroom management skills by primary education teachers, and whether there are statistically significant differences in the level of possession and application of the skills necessary for effective classroom management due to the variables of gender, scientific specialization, and seniority. And the certificate obtained, as well as verifying the psychometric properties of the scale, and whether it contributes to improving the teaching performance of the primary education teacher. Study methodology: Use the descriptive approach. Study population and sample: The original population consists of primary education teachers, and the sample is random and includes (390) male and female professors. Results: The level of practice and awareness of classroom management skills by primary education teachers is high. - There are differences in the level of possession and application of the skills necessary for effective classroom management due to the variable of gender in favor of females at the expense of males, the variable of scientific specialization in favor of the specialization of educational psychology, the variable of seniority, and the variable of the certificate obtained in favor of the bachelor’s degree. The measure of classroom management skills required by primary education teachers is accurate and actually measures what it was designed to measure. Its values and results are considered sufficient and acceptable to judge the stability of the classroom management skills scale. The classroom management skills scale contributes to improving the teaching performance of the primary education teacher.
