Abstract

قمنا في بحثنا هذا بتسليط الضوء على ظاهرة تملك المجالات الحضرية العمومية في المدينة الج ا زئرية و قد ركزنا على ظاهرة تملك المجالات الحضرية العمومية من طرف الشباب مستغلي الحظائر العشوائية في مدينة الج ا زئر العاصمة، هته الظاهرة )الحظائر العشوائية( أصبحت تشغل ال أ ري العام نظ ا ر لآثارها الواضحة سواء من الناحية الاجتماعية أو الاقتصادية أو الأمنية على كل فئات مجتمع المدينة. و لمعالجة هذه الظاهرة خصصنا ثلاثة فصول نظرية تتناول الأطر النظرية و المفاهيمية لهذه الظاهرة، ثم أجرينا بحثا ميدانيا باستعمال المنهج الكيفي من خلال تقنيات الملاحظة و المقابلة نصف الموجهة، طبقناها على الشباب مستغلي هذه الحظائر العشوائية بثلاثة حظائر عشوائية بمدينة الج ا زئر، الأولى تقع في قلب العاصمة و تعتبر حي شعبي ببلدية سيدي امحمد، و الحظيرة الثانية تقع في حي حديث النشأة و البناء ببلدية حيدرة و الحظيرة الثالثة تقع في ضواحي مدينة الج ا زئر و بالتحديد في الأحياء السكنية الجديدة ببلدية الرويبة In our research, we shed light on the phenomenon of owning public urban spaces in the Algerian city. We focused on the phenomenon of young people exploiting random barns in the capital, Algiers. This phenomenon (random barns) has become a public concern due to its clear effects, whether socially, economically, or security-wise, on all segments of the city’s society. To address this phenomenon, we dedicated three theoretical chapters that deal with the theoretical and conceptual frameworks of this phenomenon. Then, we conducted field research using the qualitative method through observation techniques and semi-guided interviews. We applied these to the young people exploiting these random barns in three random barns in Algiers. The first is located in the heart of the capital and is considered a popular neighborhood in the municipality of Sidi M’hamed. The second barn is located in a newly established and constructed neighborhood in the municipality of Hydra. The third barn is located in the suburbs of Algiers, specifically in the new residential neighborhoods in the municipality of Rouiba. Keywords: informal sheds, public urban spaces
