Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على توظيف الاستعارة في النص الطبي المتخصّص، وذلك من خلال دراستها من الجانب الإدراكي. حيث تطرّقنا في الفصول الثلاثة التابعة للقسم النظري إلى الترجمة الطبية من منظور تاريخي ومعاصر، وكذا إلى أنواع الاستعارة المفاهيمية ووظيفتها في النص الطبي المتخصّص، فضلا عن استراتيجيات ترجمتها إلى اللغة العربية. أما في القسم التطبيقي، قمنا بدراسة النماذج المستخرجة من المدوّنة المتمثّلة في المجلة الطبية الألمانية، وفقا لدراسة تحليلية نقدية تم الاعتماد فيها على المنهجين الكمي والكيفي بغرض تحقيق نتائج أكثر شمولية ودقّة. ومن ثَمَّ، أسفرت الدراسة عن كون الاستعارة الأنطولوجية الأكثر تواتراً من بين الأنواع الأخرى، بالإضافة إلى أن استراتيجية نقل نفس الصورة الاستعارية عند الترجمة من اللغة الانجليزية إلى اللغة العربية كانت الأكثر توظيفاً This research aims to shed light on the use of metaphor in the specialized medical text, through examining it from a cognitive aspect. We have discussed in the three chapters related to the theoretical section the medical translation from historical and modern perspectives, as well as the types of conceptual metaphor, its function in the specialized medical text and its translation strategies to Arabic. As for the practical chapter, we examined the examples extracted from the corpus, namely the German Medical Journal, according to a critical analysis in which a quantitative and qualitative approaches have been adopted in order to achieve more comprehensive and accurate results. Subsequently, the study revealed that ontological metaphor is the most commonly used type. Moreover, the strategy of reproducing the same metaphorical image when translating from English into Arabic was the most common one
