تصور الذات لدى المراھقين أبناء الأمھات المصابات بالسرطان من خلال الإنتاج الإسقاطي دراسة عيادية لإثني عشرة ( 12 ) حالة

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة التنظيمات النفسية المتعلقة بتصور الذات لدى المراهقين أبناء الأمهات المصابات بالسرطان الاختبارات الإسقاطيةوكيفية معايشة هذه الفئة للتغيرات التي تطرأ على الأسرة بعد مرض الأم والتي تتزامن مع مرحلة حساسة في نموهم النفسي .وهي دراسة عيادية اسقاطية، تعتمد على 12 حالة تم استقبالها في جمعية الفجر لمرضى السرطان بـتيزي وزو، وقد أجريت على مجموعة البحث مقابلة عيادية مع اختبارين اسقاطيين (اختبار الرورشاخ واختبار TAT ). كشفت النتائج عن وجود عدم استقرار وعدم توازن في تصور الذات مع نقص في استثمارها. ظهر ذلك من خلال صعوبات في التقمص مع هشاشة في صورة ذات والصورة الجسدية، صعوبات في التكيف، كما أن المراهقين يجدون صعوبات علائقية خاصة مع الأم، وصعوبات ضمننفسية لم يجدوا لها حلولا، وهو ما جعلهم يظهرون اضطرابات نفس –جسدية.كما أن معظم المراهقين يعانون من خوف دائم مع قلق الانفصال . Our study aims to know the psychological regulations related to self-representation of adolescents, whose mothers are affected by cancer, and how this group lives with the changes that occur in the family. It is a protective clinical study based on 12 cases; it was received at the Elfajr association for cancer patients in Tizi-Ouzou. A clinical trial was conducted on the research group with two projective tests (Rorschach test, TAT test). The results revealed the existence of instability and imbalance in self-representation with a lack of investment; this appeared through difficulties in reincarnation with fragility in both the image of the self and the physical one, difficulties in adapting to the situation of the mother after her illness and the new responsibilities that appeared in their lives as well. Adolescents find it particularly difficult to develop a relation with their mothers.
