محمد فاضل الجمالي ودوره في تدويل قضايا التحرّر المغاربية

Abstract

يعد محمّد فاضل الجمالي من الشّخصيات العراقية التي ساندت القضايا العربية وبالأخصّ قضايا التحرر المغاربية (ليبيا ، تونس ، المغرب ، الجزائر ) ، وسنحاول في هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على هذه الشخصية ودورها في تدويل ودعم قضايا التحرّر المغاربية من خلال مطالبته بحقّ تقرير المصير للشّعب المغاربي وفقا لمبادئ وميثاق الأمم المتحدة بالإضافة إلى عرضه للقضايا المغاربية في مؤتمر باندونغ وحلف بغداد الّذي نتج عنه ــــ في النهاية ـــ قبول فرنسا منح الاستقلال للبلدان المغاربية بعد نضال طويل من جانب محمد فاضل الجمالي والشّعوب المغاربية. Mohammad Fadel Al-Jamali is one of the Iraqi personalities who supported Arab issues, especially the Maghreb liberation issues (Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria). In this study, we will try to shed light on this personality and its role in the internationalization and support of Maghreb liberation issues through its demand for the right of self-determination for the Maghreb people in accordance with the principles and charter of the United Nations, in addition to his presentation of Maghreb issues at the Bandung Conference and the Baghdad Pact, which ultimately resulted in France accepting the granting of independence to the Maghreb countries After a long struggle on the part of Mohamed Fadel Al-Jamali and the Maghreb peoples.
