اهتمام علماء توات بالقضاء الشيخ القاضي سيدي عبد الكريم ابن محمد التمنطيطي أنموذجا

Abstract

عرف إقليم توات ثلة من الأعلام النجباء ذوي الكفاءة العالية في القضاء نظرا وتطبيقا، فكانوا بذلك خير خلف لخير سلف، فتحقق العدل على أيديهم في القضاء واقعا ملموسا، ومنهجا نظريا في حلقات الدروس بين طلبة العلم، وكان أغلب دروس علوم القضاء يعتمدون فيه على متون ومنظومات علمية ذاع صيتها بين أهل العلم وانتشر في مغربنا الإسلامي، لما تميزت به من صحة المعلومات سندا ومتنا، وكفاءة مؤلفيها علما وخلقا، فنالت بذلك صدارة المجالس العلمية، ومرجعية أهل الفتاوى والقضاء. ,ومن هؤلاء القضاة الشيخ القاضي سيدي عبد الكريم ابن محمد التمنطيطي سليل العائلة البكرية قدس الله ثراه والذي ذاع صيته وعم العدل في زمنه فكان شيخ ورعا وقاضيا عادل ينفق من ماله لإصلاح ذات البين بين المتخاصمين The province of Touat knew a group of prominent noble personalities with high competence in the judiciary in theory and application; they were the best successor to the best predecessor. A scientists that became famous among the people of knowledge and spread in our Islamic Maghreb, due to the fact that it was characterized by the correctness of the information in support and strength, and the competence of its authors in knowledge and in manners, thus it won the top position of the scientific councils, and the reference of the people of fatwas and the judiciary. And among these judges is Sheikh Al-Qadi Sidi Abdul Karim Ibn Muhammad Al-Tamniti, a descendant of the Bakri family, may Allah rest his soul, who became famous and the ruler of justice in his time.
