التطور التاريخي للمؤسسات المجتمعية والثقافية واسهاماتها في إمارة الشارقة خلال الفترة (1972-2004)

Abstract

إن الاهتمام بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية والثقافية في البيئة الإماراتية كان انعكاساً لتمثُّل الموروث الديني والثقافي والاجتماعي العربي المتجذر فيها أصلاً، لما فيه من أهمية في نهوض المجتمعات ورقيّها وتطورها، ولئن كانت الصعوبات الجمَّة التي كانت تواجه هذه المؤسسات على نطاق واسع في الإمارات قد حدَّ من رقعة انتشارها إلا أنها قد تبدَّدت وتلاشت مع مرور الزمن، ولم تقف عقبة أمام البناة الأوائل للدولة عندما أوجدوا العزم الصادق والإرادة القوية للنهوض بالإنسان الإماراتي ثقافيا ومعرفيًا، حيث «أدرك مؤسس الدولة وباني مجدها (المغفور له بإذن الله) الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان منذ الوهلة الأولى ما لهذه المؤسسات من أهمية متناهية في تحقيق مسيرة البناء والتنمية، فوضعها نصب عينيه، وأولى لها جهده وعنايته حتى ترسخت ثقافتها، وارتقت قيمها، وأينعت ثماره. تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع التطور التاريخي للمؤسسات المجتمعية والثقافية واسهاماتها في إمارة الشارقة خلال الفترة (1972-2004) بالإستناد إلى المصادر التاريخية عدة اشكاليات متشعبة نأمل من خلالها معالجة كل متغيرات الإشكالية الرئيسة وهي: ما هو الواقع الاجتماعي والثقافي لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة خلال النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين؟ ما المؤسسات المجتمعية والثقافية(الماهية والنشأة والخصائص)؟ وما مكانة إمارة الشارقة ودورها الريادي في خدمة المجتمع والثقافة؟ ثم ما هي أنواع المؤسسات المجتمعية والثقافية ومبادراتها في إمارة الشارقة خلال الفترة (1972-2004)؟ وتفترض الدراسة بالاعتماد على جملة المصادر الأولية أن المؤسسات المجتمعية والثقافية طوال فترة النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين ساهمت في خدمة مجتمعها وسعت لترقية وعيه الثقافي. The interest in social and cultural organizations in the Emirati environment reflects the nation's keenness for these organizations to represent the Arab religious, cultural and social heritage, which is deeply rooted in the Emirati environment, due to its importance in the advancement and development of community. The huge difficulties that those organizations faced on a large scale nationwide have limited their spread, but those obstacles have dissipated and disappeared over the time. The first founders of the state were able to overcome all obstacles with their sincere determination and strong will to advance the Emirati man culturally and cognitively. From the first moment, the founder of the state and the creator of its glory, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, realized the vital importance of these organizations in advancing the construction and development march. Thanks to his exceptional interest, dedication, and care, these organizations succeeded in consolidating their culture, advancing their values, and achieving their goals. Based on historical sources, this study focuses on the issue of social and cultural organizations and their contributions in the Emirate of Sharjah during the period (1972-2004), and aims to address several complex issues related to the study. We hope to address all the variables of the main issues, namely: What is the social and cultural reality of the United Arab Emirates during the second half of the twentieth century? What are the main social and cultural organizations in the Emirate (essential nature, origin, and characteristics)? What is the stand of the Emirate of Sharjah and its pioneering role in serving society and culture? What are the types of social and cultural organizations and their initiatives in the Emirate of Sharjah during the period (1972-2004)? Based on some defined primary sources, the study assumes that social and cultural organizations have contributed to the service of its community and sought to upgrade its cultural awareness throughout the second half of the twentieth century.
