Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع عملية الكشف عن التلاميذ الموهوبين من وجهة نظر عيّنة من مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني لولاية بسكرة، وباعتماد المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، تمّ إجراء مقابلات موجّهة مع عيّنة من المستشارين، وتوصّلت نتائج الدراسة إلى تنوّع أساليب التعرّف على التلاميذ الموهوبين، أما عن طبيعة الخدمات الإرشادية المقدّمة لهم، فكانت مقتصرة على الدعم والتحفيز، في ظلّ غياب تفعيل برامج التكفّل والمرافقة البيداغوجية. وعليه، توصي الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بفئة الموهوبين في مراحل مبكّرة، لتهيئة الظروف المناسبة لتعلّمهم، وتوفير أدوات التشخيص الدقيقة، وتدريب المستشارين على تطبيقها. The study aimed at knowing the reality of the process of identifying talented students from the point of view of a sample of school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors in the wilaya of Biskra. By adopting the descriptive exploratory approach, guided interviews were conducted with a sample of counselors. The results of the study revealed a variety of methods for identifying talented students. The nature of the counseling services provided to them was limited to support and motivation, in the absence of activating sponsorship and educational support programs. Therefore, the study recommends the need to pay attention to the category of talented students in the early stages to create the conditions for their education, provide accurate diagnostic tools, and train counselors to apply them.
