القرب المجالي، البعد الاجتماعي والإحساس باللاأمن في الأحياء السكنية الجديدة بعد الترحيل دراسة حيين حي 1680 مسكن بئرتوتة و 3500 مسكن الدويرة

Abstract

اهتمت الأطروحة بموضوع القرب المجالي الذي توفره الأحياء السكنية الجديدة بعد الترحيل، و ما يترتب عنه من بعد اجتماعي، و الإحساس باللاأمن البارزين بن المرحلين. تم الاقتراب من حيين للدراسة، بإدخال عامل الزمن الذي قد يؤثر على علاقات الجيرة التي قد تنشأ في الحي الجديد. عن طريق استمارة بحث و مقابلات في كلا الحيين، تم الكشف أن الترحيل يؤثر على المرحلين بإبراز الفوارق السوسيوثقافية الناجمة من الأحياء القديمة، و التي تخلق بعدا اجتماعيا بين الفئات المرحلة. يصحب هذا البعد الإحساس باللاأمن المرتبط تارة بالخوف من النزول في السلم الاجتماعي جراء إعادة الإسكان، و تارة أخرى يرجع إلى الهشاشة الاجتماعية التي تصحب المرحل من الحي القديم، خاصة للقادمين من الأحياء القصديرية The thesis treated the spatial proximity provided in the new residential neighborhoods after relocation, and the resulting like social distance and insecurity feeling between relocated. Two neighborhoods were approached for the study, by introducing the time factor wich may affect the neighborhood relations that may arise in the new neighborhood. We approached relocated with questionnaire and interviews in both neighborhoods, it was revealed that the deportation affects the displaced by highlighting the sociocultural differences, resulting from the old neighborhoods, which creates a social distance, between the displaced groups. This distance is accompanied by an insecurity feeling, associated at times with the fear of going down the social ladder as a result of re-housing, and at other times due to the social fragility that accompanies the relocated from the old neighborhood, especially for those coming from the slum neighborhoods
