الوصول الحر للدوريات الأكاديمية الجزائرية من وجهة نظر الناشرين الأكاديميين الجزائريين

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة حركة الوصول الحر للدوريات الأكاديمية الجزائرية و معرفة نظرة الناشر الأكاديمي الجزائري حول هذه الحركة و هذا من خلال إما قبولها أو معارضتها. و خلصت الدراسة بأنَ الناشر الأكاديمي الجزائري غير معارض لحركة الوصول الحر و لديه نظرة إيجابية عن المزايا التي يمكن أن يأتي بها على دوريته، و أن نسبة معتبرة من الدوريات الأكاديمية الجزائرية تستجيب إلى مبادئ الوصول الحر The study aims to know the movement of free access to Algerian academic periodicals and knowing the view of the Algerian academic publisher about this movement whether he opposes the availability of his periodical through free access. The study concluded that the Algerian academic publisher is not opposed to the free access movement and has a positive view of the advantages that he can bring to his journal and significant percentage of academic journals respond to the principles of free access.
