الاتجاهات التربوية في التنظيم الأسري في ظل قانون الأسرة الجزائري المعدل و المتمم2005

Abstract

نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة الى فهم طبيعة العلاقة بين الرجل و المرأة من خلال تنشئة الأم للبنت في ظل قانون الأسرة المعدل و المتمم 2005، بحيث نحاول معرفة طبيعة النموذج التنشيئي المعتمد من طرف الأم، ومدى حضور البعد الديني في تصوراتها و ممارساتها لـ "العلاقاتالأسرية، وموقفهامنبعضموادقانونالأسرةالمعدلوالمتمم 2005)،و كذلك طبيعة الثقافة القانونية لديها في مجال الأسرة. أجريت الدراسة على عينة من الأمهات بمدينة البرواقية ولاية المدية تتكون من 20 حالة .اعتمدنا في الدراسة الاستطلاعية و الميدانية على تقنية المقابلة باعتبارها تتوافق مع المنهج الكيفي المعتمد في معالجة الموضوعو الذي حاولنا من خلاله أيضا فهم طبيعة تصورات وممارسات الأمهات لـ(الولي،طاعةالزوج، المساواةبينالجنسيين،تعددالزوجات،فكالرابطةالزوجية Through this study, we seek to understand the nature of the relationship between a man and a woman through the mother's upbringing of a girl ,In light of the amended and supplemented Family code 2005, So we try to find out the nature of the socialization model of adopted by the mother.And the extent of the presence of the religious dimension in her representations and practices of "family relations, and her position on some articles of the amended and supplemented family code 2005.and the nature of her legal culture in the family field. The study was conducted on a sample of mothers from the city ofBerrouaghia-Medea-, made up of 20 cases. In the exploratory and field study, we relied on the interview technique because it is consistent with the qualitative approach adopted in the treatment of the subject
