دور مراكز الاستماع في معالجة ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة في الجزائر: مقاربة سوسيولوجية لآليات عمل مراكز استماع شبكة "بلسم".

Abstract

يتمحور موضوع دراستنا حول دور مراكز الاستماع للنساء ضحايا العنف في معالجة ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة في الجزائر، حيث نسلط الضوء على الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه الجمعيات النسوية ومراكز الاستماع (مثل شبكة "بلسم") وهي محور دراستنا والتي تعتبر آلية عملية لترجمة المفاهيم الحقوقية والتمكينية إلى واقع اجتماعي، أي أنها تحول مفاهيم الحقوق والتمكين من نظريات مجردة إلى ممارسات اجتماعية ملموسة بحيث تعيد دمج النساء ضحايا العنف في مجتمعهن، تنطلق الدراسة من إشكالية جوهرية تتمثل في تقييم أداء هذه المراكز وقدرتها على نشر الوعي وتقديم الدعم النفسي والقانوني، تستمد الدراسة أهميتها من الخبرة الميدانية المباشرة للباحثة كمستمعة، مما أتاح لنا تحليل الممارسات الحالية وعرض العراقيل التي تواجه هذه المراكز، تهدف المداخلة إلى الإجابة على تساؤلات تتعلق بآليات المعالجة، طرق تكوين المستمعات، ومدى التزام هذه المراكز بأهدافها المسطرة بعيداً عن الاستغلال المادي للقضايا النسوية. The focus of our research is on the role of listening centres for women victims of violence in addressing the issue of violence against women in Algeria. We underscore the critical role of feminist associations and listening centres, with particular emphasis on the 'Balsam' Network, which constitutes the focal point of our research. These centres are regarded as effective mechanisms for translating the concepts of human rights and empowerment into social reality. They translate abstract theories of rights and empowerment into concrete social practices that facilitate the reintegration of victims of violence into their communities. This study assesses the effectiveness of these centres in raising awareness and providing psychological and legal support. The importance of this research is derived from the researcher's direct field experience as a 'listener,' enabling analysis of current practices and investigating the challenges faced by these centres. This study seeks to answer questions concerning intervention mechanisms, training methods for listeners, and the extent to which these centres fulfil their stated objectives, distinct from the financial exploitation of feminist causes.
