أدوات واستراتجيات تثمين نتائج البحث العلمي عبر الويب

Abstract

نسعى من خلال هذا العمل إلى دراسة مرئية (Visibilité) مواقع ويب الجامعات وأثره على ترتيب ويب متركس، الذّي يعتمد على "مؤشر المرئية" كأحد المؤشرات الأساسية للتّرتيب والمرتبط بعدد الروابط الخارجية التّي يستقطبها موقع الويب. استخدمنا كل من المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الاستقصائي، واعتمدنا عدّة أدوات لجمع المعلومات منها: الملاحظة والمقابلة وأداة الرجوع إلى الوراء (web archive) للوصول إلى أنّ أهمّ العوامل التّي تزيد من مرئية مواقع الويب: إصدار طبعة باللّغة الإنجليزية للموقع، النّشر في المجلات العالمية ذات معامل تأثير مرتفع، إنشاء مستودعات مؤسساتية، إتاحة دوريات الوصول الحرّ، إنشاء صفحات شخصية للباحثين...إلخ. توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النّتائج والتّوصيات لتحسين مرئية وترتيب مواقع ويب الجامعات الجزائرية Webomterics is one of these classifications which aims to promote electronic scientific production through the websites of universities with rich content. The requirement for a university to be integrated into this assessment system is limited to having a separate website.We are trying through this research to study the visibility of university websites and its impact on Webometrics ranking which represents the major indicator and which is based on external links that receives the site. We used both the descriptive and investigative approaches, and adopted several tools to collect information, including:observation and interview and the web archive tool to reach the conclusion that the most important factors that increase the visibility of websites are: publish an English edition of the site, publish in high impact international journals, create institutional repositories, provide free access journals, creation of personal web pages for researchers, etc. The study came to a number of conclusions and recommendations for improve the visibility and ranking of Algerian universities' websites
