العدالة التّنظيميّة وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي دراسة ميدانيّة بشركة سوميفوس – بئرالعاتر (ولاية تبسة)

Abstract

شهدت المؤسسات الجزائرية تطوّرا شمل مختلف القواعد والعلاقات التنظيمية، وهذا ما لفت انتباهنا كمختصين سوسيولوجيين لنتطرق لأحد أهم المواضيع الحديثة والمتمثّل في "العدالة التنظيمية"، أين تجسّدت دراستنا بشركة سوميفوس –بئرالعاتر (ولاية تبسة)، و بعد التّقيّد بكافّة الإجراءات والقواعد المنهجية والعلمية توصّلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أكّدت لنا أن للعدالة التنظيمية انعكاسات واضحة على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين، كما توصّلنا أن شركة سوميفوس تتجسّد بها مجموعة من المؤشرات والأبعاد التي تؤكّد تحقق مجموعة من المبادئ التنظيمية التي تعني أبعاد العدالة التنظيمية.Algerian institutions have witnessed a development that included various rules and organizational relationships, and this is what drew our attention as sociologists, to address one of the most important modern topics, represented by "organizational justice", where our study was embodied at Somiphos company - Bir El Ater (wilaya of Tébessa), and after adhering to all methodological and scientific procedures and rules, we came to a set of results, which assured us that organizational justice has clear implications for the job performance of employees, we have also found that Somifos company embodies a set of indicators and dimensions that confirm the achievement of a set of organizational principles that mean the dimensions of organizational justice.
