Abstract

يتعلق موضوع البحث بتحقيق مخطوط جزائري الموسوم بـ " المنهل الأصفى في شرح ما تمس الحاجة إليه من ألفاظ الشّفا" لمحمد بن علي بن أبي الشّرف التّلمساني (ت بعد 921ه/ 1515م). وهو عبارة عن شرح لكتاب " الشفا بتعريف حقوق المصطفى" للقاضي عياض بن موسى اليحصبي السبتي المغربي(ت 544ه/1149 م) . وتكمن أهمية المخطوط في كونه من المؤلفات الجزائرية، وأنه حوى نقولا نادرة كثيرة من كتب بعضها ما زال مخطوطا وبعضها مفقودا. ومن أجل تحقيق ودراسة هذا المخطوط؛ فقد تطلبت منهجية العمل مقدمة وثلاثة أقسام: القسم الأول هو قسم الدراسة؛ واشتمل على فصلين تسبقهما مقدمة. القسم الثاني: قسم التّحقيق، وقد أوردت فيه نص الكتاب محققًا موثقًا. أما القسم الثّالث فقد أوردت فيه الفهارس الفنّيّة The subject of the research relates to the investigation of an Algerian manuscript tagged "Al-Munahal Al-Asfaa in explaining the much-needed verbal words" of Muhammad bin Ali bin Abi Al-Sharaf Al-Tlemcani (after 921 AH / 1515 CE). This work is an explanation of the book “Al-Shifa by defining the rights of the Mustafa” by Judge Ayad bin Musa Al-Hasbi Al-Sabti Al-Sabti Al-Mughrabi (d. 544 AH / 1149AD). The importance of the manuscript is that it is an Algerian book, and it contains many rare books from some books, some of which are still manuscript, and some are missing. In order to achieve and study this manuscript, the methodology of the work required an introduction and three sections: The first section is the study section; it includes two chapters preceded by an introduction. Then there is the second section: the investigation section, in which I have mentioned the text of the book as a documented investigator.
