Abstract

تناولنا في هاته الدراسة إشكالية تطبيق النصوص القانونية المسيرة للتربصات الميدانية وتنظيمها بالجامعة الجزائرية ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق التكامل المعرفي بين المقررات النظرية والمناهج التدريبية المتخذة في المؤسسات الأرشيفية ، و تم تطبيقها على عينة من طلبة ماستر 02 تخصص علم الأرشيف بجامعة الجزائر 02 بهدف معرفة مدى التزام كل طرف (الجامعة المؤسسة المكونة ،الطالب ) بواجباته ومسؤولياته أثناء مرحلة تسيير هاته التربصات ،والتي تعد مرحلة فاصلة و مهمة في التأثير على التكوين الجامعي للطالب ،معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي في تحليل نتائج أداة البحث المستخدمة (الإستبانة) ، لنخلص في الأخير إلى أن جل المراسيم والقوانين غير مطبقة في تسيير وتنظيم هاته التربصات الميدانية ،وهو ما خلق نوع من عدم التوازن والتكامل المعرفي بين الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي محيلا إلى دون تحقيق الهدف المنشود منها In this study, we addressed the problematic of applying the legislative texts governing practical trainig and their organization at the universities of Algeria, and the extent to which they contribute to achieving knowledge integration between theoretical courses and training systems take in archival institutions . A study projected onto a sample of students of master 2 in archival science specialization at the University of Algiers 2, with an objective of finding out to what extent is each party (the university, the training institution, the student) committed to its duties and responsibilities in conducting the practical training being a decisive and important stage that influences the quality of the university training. The descriptive method was adopted in analyzing the results of the research tool (resolution), concluding that most laws and decrees are not applied in reality as they should, this lead to a kind of disequilibrium and cognitive integration between theoretical courses and training curricula prevented the achievement of the intended objective
