التغيرات الاجتماعية-السياسية وعلاقتها بالاحتجاج الاجتماعي

Abstract

يعتبر التغير الاجتماعي من أهم موضوعات علم الاجتماع الحديث حيث يقترن بالتغيرات البنيوية التي تحدث في جميع المجتمعات، فالتغير هو سنة الحياة وقانون طبيعي واجتماعي يتحكم في جميع أوجه وعناصر الحياة المادية والمعنوية حسب الزمان والمكان، وتبدو فكرة التغير فكرة بسيطة وواضحة نظرا لشيوع استعمالها في الحياة اليومية لكن مع هذا أثارت كثيرا من الجدل والمناقشات عند علماء الاجتماع حيث يلح ابن خلدون على ضرورة التقصي الدقيق لعوامل تطور وتدهور المجتمعات عبر التاريخ والاستفادة منها، وفي هذا السياق تهدف هذه الأطروحة إلى وصف أحداث الخامس من أكتوبر 1988 وصفا وقراءة سوسيولوجية دقيقة ومتأنية تمكننا من تفسير وتحليل الفعل الاحتجاجي المتمثل في الحرق والتكسير والتخريب الذي طال مقرات حزب جبهة التحرير الوطني في العديد من الولايات ومقرات بعض الوزارات كوزارة الشباب والرياضة ووزارة التربية، إضافة إلى نهب وتخريب الفضاءات التجارية الكبرى متمثلة في الأروقة الجزائرية وأسواق الفلاح وعلاقتها بالتغيرات الاجتماعية- السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية الحاصلة في المجتمع. Social change is one of the most important topics in modern sociology, as it is linked to the structural changes that occur in all societies. Change is the law of life and a natural and social law that governs all aspects and elements of material and moral life according to time and place. The concept of change seems simple and clear, given its widespread use in daily life. However, it has sparked much controversy and debate among sociologists, as Ibn Khaldun emphasizes the need for a careful examination of the factors that have led to the development and decline of societies throughout history and the benefit of these factors. In this context, this thesis aims to describe the events of October 5, 1988, with a precise and careful sociological reading that enables us to interpret and analyze the protest action represented by the burning, vandalism, and destruction of the headquarters of the National Liberation Front Party in several states and the headquarters of some ministries, such as the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Education. This is in addition to the looting and destruction of major commercial spaces, such as Algerian arcades and farmers' markets, and their relationship to the socio-political, economic, and cultural changes occurring in society.
