الترجمة المتخصّصة وأزمة توليد المصطلح العربي في علم أمراض الكلام

Abstract

تناقش هذه الورقة العلمية إشكالية الترجمة المتخصصة في علم أمراض الكلام وصعوبة توليد مصطلحاته بما يتوافق مع خصوصيات اللغة العربية. وتوضح أن هذا العلم له تسميات متعددة عالميًا، ناتجة عن تطورات بحثية وتاريخية. صنّفت القواميس المتخصصة مصطلحاته إلى ثلاث فئات رئيسية: لسانية، طبية، ونفسية. كما أبرزت الدراسة أن أزمة توليد المصطلح العربي ترجع غالبًا إلى الاعتماد على التعريب اللفظي أوالاقتراض المباشر، كما في مصطلح "الأرطوفونيا"، المنتشر في السياق الجزائري الأكاديمي. وتؤكد الدراسة أهمية استعمال مصطلح "علم أمراض الكلام" لشموليته في معالجة مختلف اضطرابات اللغة والتواصل، مع الدعوة إلى إعداد قاموس مرجعي لتوحيد المصطلحات ومواكبة التطورات الحديثة الحادثة في العلوم العصبية المعرفية. كما شدّدت على أهمية تحديث المصطلحات وتعزيز الهوية اللغوية المهنية للعاملين في هذا المجال لضمان دقة الفهم والتطبيق العلاجي. This paper discusses the challenges of specialized translation in speech pathology, focusing on the difficulty of generating accurate Arabic terminology aligned with the language’s structure. The field has varying names globally due to diverse historical research paths. Specialized terms in this discipline fall into three categories: linguistic, medical, and psychological. The study highlights the crisis in Arabic terminology, noting the frequent use of phonetic Arabization and direct borrowing, particularly the widespread use of the term orthophonia in Algerian academic contexts. The paper emphasizes the relevance of the term speech pathology for its comprehensive reference to all levels of linguistic analysis used in clinical practice. It recommends the creation of a reference dictionary to support professionals and students in accurately understanding and applying the terminology. The study also stresses the need for continuous updates to terminology, keeping pace with advances in cognitive neuroscience, and reinforcing the linguistic identity of practitioners.
