Abstract

بعد تراجع بريق مفهوم المجتمع المدني في المجتمعات العربية، وعدم تمكن تنظيماته من إحداث التغيير في المجتمعات العربية، وتحقيق الديمقراطية ونشر الثقافة المدنية فيها والانتقال بها نحو الحداثة، وبروز تنظيمات المجتمع الأهلي في الواقع العربي وتعاظم أدوارها في المجتمعات العربية خاصة مع تحول العديد من الدول العربية إلى دول محاصصة قبلية وطائفية، ودخول بعض الدول في حروب أهلية، واستمرار الأنظمة العائلية الملكية في الحكم عملنا في هذه الدراسة: أولا: إعداد دراسة نظرية نقدية وتحليلية لكل التصورات التي بنيت حول مفهوم المجتمع المدني والمجتمع الأهلي في العالم العربي.
