Item Contribution à Une Sociologie De Genre Au Maroc Le Mouvement Social Sexué – L’exemple De Hirak « La Mouvance » De Rif Au Maroc: La Femme Au Cœur De La Lutte -vers La Construction D'une Identité Collective Féminine(Revue d'études en sciences humaines et sociales – Faculté des sciences humaines, Université d'Alger 2 (Abou El Kacem Saâdallah), 2021-06-30) Errami, ImaneLe bouleversement qu’a connu le Rif depuis 2016 impose le réexamen de la place de la femme Rifaine dans l’espace public . Les femmes Rifaines ont pris leur pleine place dans les soulèvements populaires au Maroc a travers le Hirak ; elles ont adopté des différentes formes. En effet que cette participation ne peut être minimisée; se pose la question de leur place dans un pays comme le Maroc qui est train de payer les frustrations individuelles et collectives générées par les politiques publiques de grande envergure menées par l’état. Cet article propose de mettre L'action protestataire et le militantisme à l’épreuve d’une perspective de genre, à partir d’une lecture critique de la sociologie et de remettre en cause ces thèses. L 'auteur rend compte de son observation participante au mouvement de Hirak « la mouvance »de la ville Hoceima. Elle analyse le niveau de présence des femmes Rifaines dans l'espace public et sa contribution à celui-ci afin de soutenir le mouvement et adopter ses enjeux et ses revendications. Elle s'interroge comment les femmes Rifaines contribuent non seulement au mouvement mais aussi à lui donner une identité collective, l'exprimer et elle est déterminée par le rôle que les femmes y ont joué, en termes de cadrage soit au Niveau de présence ou d'émoticône. Notre objectif est de comprendre la place qu'occupent véritablement les femmes Rifaines dans l’espace public de protestation ?d’autre part ; comprendre leur propre perception de l’espace public, l’usage qu’elles ont de l’action protestataire ? le mouvement social est- il un mouvement sexué à travers l’étude de Hirak Rif ?Item Sentiment D’efficacité Personnelle Et Coût Psychologique De L’insécurité De L’emploi; Title: Feeling Of Personal Efficiency And The Psychological Cost Of Job Insecurity(Revue d'études en sciences humaines et sociales – Faculté des sciences humaines, Université d'Alger 2 (Abou El Kacem Saâdallah), 2021-06-30) Taïbouni, LatifaLa précarisation de l’emploi, de par son ampleur et sa constante progression, est un facteur central de la situation sociale dans de nombreux pays dont l’Algérie ne fait pas exception. L’impact en termes de stress de ce contexte est différent d’un individu à l’autre. Selon les résultats de nombreuses recherches, cette différence est due aux ressources personnelles et sociales dont dispose chaque individu. Parmi les ressources personnelles le sentiment d’efficacité personnelle semble intervenir dans les capacités adaptatives de l’individu et jouer un rôle modérateur dans la perception de stress. Abstract: The precarious employment in its extent and its continuous progression is a central factor of the social situation in many countries whose Algeria is no exception. The stress impact of job insecurity context is different from one individual to another. According to the results of a lot of researches, this difference is due to personal and social resources which every individual disposes of. The title is very problematic and controversial, namely the status of an educational institution with slogans that meet its original value, the value of morality, science and work, is one slogan for all primary and secondary schools.
