Item Biomonitoring Of Co-exposure To Mixture Of Organic Solvents And Noise On Hearing Among Industry Workers(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2022-01-01) Mhamdi, Fodha; Gannouni, Noura; Ben Attia, Takwa; Mhamdi, AbadaOccupational exposure to noise and mixtures of organic solvents affects many workers in different sectors. The combined exposure of solvents and noise can negatively affect the auditory system. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of the combined exposure to noise and solvents on hearing in workers. Our study included 70 workers; we subdivided them into 3 groups according to their exposure status. The first group contained workers exposed only to noise, the second group contained workers exposed to solvents and the third group included workers exposed to both noise and mixture solvents. The results show that the workers are exposed to a both ototoxic substances and moderate to high levels noise. We deduce that the combined exposure to noise and solvents has a synergistic interaction which leads to an adverse interactive effect on hearing. Therefore, a suitable hearing protection program is advised that would contain short-interval audiometric examinations and efficient hearing protectors.Item Effet De La Co-exposition Aux Bruit-solvants Sur La Pression Artérielle : à Propos D’une Enquête Médicale Et Environnementale Dans Une Entreprise De Fabrication De Produits Composites(مجلة الوقاية والارغنوميا- مخبر الوقاية والارغونوميا- كلية العلوم الاجتماعية- جامعة الجزائر2 ابو قاسم سعد الله, 2022-07-15) Ben Attia, Takwa; Gannouni, Noura; Mhamdi, Fodha; Elj, Asma; Magroun, imen; Mhamdi, AbadaLa Co-exposition au bruit et aux solvants en milieu professionnel constitue une menace réelle pour la santé des salariées. Les résultats ont montré que 29% des salariés sont exposés au bruit et 39% sont co-exposés au bruit et aux solvants. La comparaison des moyennes des pressions artérielles systolique et diastolique chez les co-exposés montre une association significative entre l'hypertension et la co-exposition au bruit et aux solvants. La fréquence cardiaque était aussi significativement associée à la co-exposition. Les données de cette étude et d’autres études scientifiques permettent de réfléchir à des mesures de protection pour les employés exposés d’une façon combinés au bruit et aux substances toxiques et de savoir à partir de quels seuils les effets de la co-exposition se font ressentir
