Item التعلم التنظيمي في قطاع التعليم العالي: أبعاد ورهانات تحويل الجامعة إلى منظمة متعلمة(مجلة الفكر, 2022-06-06) كحلات, سمرةإن التحولات الحاصلة في العالم على جميع الأصعدة، ألقت بثقلها على المنظومة التعليمية بجميع مستوياتها، وأضحت الجامعة مؤسسة مثل باقي المؤسسات الموجودة في البلاد تواجهها تحديات آنية ومستقبلية رهيبة خاصة فيما تعلق بالجانب التنظيمي والإداري الذي يقع على عاتقه السير الحسن لأدائها،مما حتم عليها اعتماد آليات وأدوات تتسم بالمرونة والأداء المتميز في تسيير طاقمها الإداري من أجل إحداث التغيير وتحقيق النجاح والتميز بالجامعة التي يعول عليها دفع عجلة التطور. ويعد التعلم التنظيمي المصدر الأساس لأي تغيير استراتيجي في أي منظمة هادفة إلى إيجاد المزايا التنافسية والمحافظة عليها ، ويرفع من كفاءة الجامعة وفاعليتها التنظيمية. من هذا المنطلق تحاول هذه الدراسة الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية:ما هي اتجاهات التعلم التنظيمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي ؟ وما هي درجة توافر ممارسة التعلم التنظيمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالجزائر؟ وهل هناك ما يحفز ويعيق تطبيق أبعاد التعلم التنظيمي، مع ذكر النموذج الأفضل لتطبيق مشروع المنظمة المتعلمة كنتيجة لتطبيق التعلم التنظيمي. وقد أفضت الدراسة إلى وجود حواجز ومعيقات متعددة تحول دون تطبيق أبعاد التعلم التنظيمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي رغم توفر الظروف المناس لتعلم التنظيمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي رغم توفر الظروف المناسبة. Organizational collaboration between academic libraries and LIS departments is a decisive factor in upgrading administrative practices, which is reflected positively in improving the field's learning/teaching process and research. This study came to investigate the dimensions of organizational collaboration, as well as to examine the obstacles and ways to set it up at the University of Algiers2. A descriptive method that relies on unstructured interviewing was adopted and the results revealed that culture, training and organizational structure are the most constraints of collaborative work. It is obligated not only to survive, but to achieve excellence to ensure survival and continuity, and in return for individuals seeking to acquire new skills required to work in the new information economy, universities seek to redefine their role in the twenty-first century by relying on the application of the principles of organizational learning that leads to the transformation of universities To educated organizations in an era that depends primarily on learning across all levels, which we seek to propose as a model that can be applied in the departments and Institute of Library Science and Documentation at the University of Algiers 2, Constantine 2 and Oran 1 تواجه منظمات القرن الحادي والعشرين موجة غير مسبوقة من التغيير في جميع الميادين، وسط بيئة أعمال تتميز بالتدفق السريع والاضطراب والتقلب المفاجئ، وهي أمام كل هذا لا تملك خيار سوى التكيف مع هذه البيئة الشديدة التغيير أو مواجهة خطر الزوال والانقراض. وهي ملزمة ليس فقط بالبقاء على قيد الحياة، بل تحقيق التميز لضمان البقاء والاستمرار، وفي مقابل سعي الأفراد لاكتساب المهارات الجديدة المطلوبة للعمل في اقتصاد المعلومات الجديد تسعى الجامعات إلى إعادة تحديد دورها في القرن الحادي والعشرين باعتمادها على تطبيق مبادئ التعلم التنظيمي الذي يفضي إلى تحويل الجامعات إلى منظمات متعلمة في عصر يعتمد في أساسه على التعلم عبر جميع المستويات، وهو ما نسعى لاقتراحه كنموذج يمكن تطبيقه في أقسام ومعهد علم المكتبات والتوثيق بجامعة الجزائر2، قسنطينة2 و وهران1Item جاهزية المكتبة الجامعية الجزائريـــة لتطبيق الحوسبة السحابية: دراسة ميدانية(دفاتر المخبر, 2023-05-31) كحلات, سمرةتعد تقنية الحوسبة السحابية واحدة من أهم ثورات تطبيقات التكنولوجيات الحديثة في المكتبات ومؤسسات المعلومات، ومن أهم الركائز التي تقوم عليها الهندسة الحديثة للمكتبات المتقدمة والمعاصرة. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على جاهزية المكتبة الجامعية الجزائرية لتطبيقات تكنولوجيا الحوسبة السحابية، ومدى توفر المتطلبات اللازمة لهكذا تطبيقات، منتهجة المنهج الوصفي لتشخيص موقف المكتبات محل الدراسة من الحوسبة السحابية، وتم اعتماد الاستبيان كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة التي تمثلت في أربع وعشرون 24 مكتبة جامعية موزعة على مختلف أنحاء الوطن. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تفاوت في جاهزية المكتبات محل البحث لتبني الحوسبة السحابية، وعلى الرغم من رصد عدد من المبادرات الهامة ضمن هذه الأخيرة غير أنها تفتقر إلى إدارتها بفاعلية، واقترحت الاهتمام بتدريب الأفراد وتوعيتهم، مع تأصيل ممارسات إدارة تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالمكتبات Cloud Computing technology is considered one of the revolutions of modern technology applications in libraries and information institutions, and one of the most important pillars on which the modern engineering of advanced and contemporary libraries is based. This study investigates the readiness of the Algerian academic library for applications of cloud computing technology, and the availability of the requirements for such applications. To conduct the study, the descriptive method has been used to diagnose the trends of libraries understudy on cloud computing. The questionnaire was chosen as a tool for collecting data from the study sample, which is represented by twenty-four 24 academic libraries across the country. The results showed that there is a discrepancy in the readiness of the libraries mentioned to adopt cloud computing, and despite several important initiatives that have been detected, they lack effective management.Item المنشورات العلمية الدولية حول الأمن الغذائي الصادرة عن مركز البحث العلمي والتقني حول المناطق القاحلة بسكرة(crstra) دراسة تقييميه للفترة الممتدة من 2010-2019: وفقا للقياسات العلمية(المجلة الجزائرية للأمن الإنساني, 2023-03-19) كحلات, سمرةتهدف هذه الورقة العلمية إلى حصر وتحليل المنشورات العلمية الدولية لمركز البحث العلمي والتقني حول المناطق القاحلة بسكرة(CRSTRA) في مجال الأمن الغذائي في الفترة الممتدة من 2010-2019 من خلال رصد السمات البنيانية للإنتاج.التعرف على عدد الاستشهادات المرجعية من خلال مؤشرات القياسات العلمية،تم الاعتماد على المنهج الببليومتري الذي يساعد في تحليل الإنتاج العلمي،واستعملنا برمجية "VOSviewer" لإجراء التحليلات العلمية، وبرمجية" publish or perish8" التي تمدنا بمؤشرات القياسات العلمية، ومن نتائج الدراسة ساهم 414 باحث في إنتاج 124 مقالة في مجال الأمن الغذائي، وأن المؤلفين يفضلون التأليف المشترك بدل التأليف الفردي بنسبة 93.55 %،وبلغ عدد الاستشهاد بالمنشورات الدولية العلمية في مجال الأمن الغذائي 1001استشهاد. This scientific study aims to limit and analyze the international scientific publication of the scientific and technical research center about the arid regions, Biskra (CRSTRA) of food security for The Period from -2010 2019 by monitoring the number of the references citations through scientific measurements then to rely on the bibliometric method which is used to analyze the scientific production as well as we used the VOS Viewer software to conduct scientific analysis and "publish or perish8" software that provides us with the indicators of scientific measurements. According to the results of this study, 414 researchers contributed to produce 124 articles on food security and the authors prefer joint authorship instead of individual authorship by 93.55%, and the number of citations to international scientific publications in the field of food security is 1001 citations.
