Item تثمين التراث المخطوط من خلال استعمال الرقمية كوسيلة للحفظ والإتاحة: عرض نموذج المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية(المجلة المغاربية للمخططات- مخبر المخطوطات- كلية العلوم الإنسانية جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القااسم سعد الله, 2025-12-31) سماعيل جماد نوارة; عبد الهادي محمدAlgeria is considered one of the countries with a rich heritage of manuscripts; this is due to its geographical location which made it a gateway and a center of transit in the past, and a forum for scientific and knowledge exchange. It is a fertile ground for scholars immortalized in history in various scientific specialties with works that are considered the main sources and references in our present time. Algeria, through its National Library, possesses unique copies of manuscripts at the global level. The development of digitization technologies and the increasing demand to the manuscript use in various researches has guided the various institutions that own manuscript heritage, similar to the Algerian National Library, which allows achieving two important goals which are preserving the original manuscripts by creating digital copies as well as achieving a wide availability to a large number of beneficiaries through the establishment of digital libraries and databases for manuscript, all of this is in order to value the manuscript heritage using digitization technology .This paper sheds light on the experience of the Algerian National Library in valuing manuscript heritage within a digital environment and mentions the methods used in this. تعتبر الجزائر واحدة من بين الدول التي تتمتع برصيد ثري من التراث المخطوط، هذا بحكم موقعها الجغرافي الذي جعل منها بوابة ومركزا للعبور قديما، ومحفلا للتبادل العلمي والمعرفي، فهي أرض خصبة لعلماء خلدهم التاريخ في مختلف التخصصات العلمية بمؤلفات تعتبر أمهات المصادر والمراجع في وقتنا الحالي، أين تملك الجزائر بمكتبتها الوطنية نسخ فريدة على المستوى العالمي من المخطوطات. ان تطور تكنولوجيات الرقمنة وزيادة الحاجة الى استعمال المخطوطات في مختلف البحوث توجهت مختلف المؤسسات المالكة للتراث المخطوط على غرار المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية الى سبيل الرقمنة الذي يسمح بتحقيق هدفين أساسين وهما المحافظة على النسخة الأصلية للمخطوط من خلال انتاج نسخة الكترونية بديلة، وكذلك تحقيق الاتاحة الواسعة لعدد كبير من المستفيدين من خلال انشاء المكتبات الرقمية وقواعد البيانات الخاصة بالمخطوطات، وكل هذا بغية تثمين التراث المخطوط باستعمال تقنية الرقمنة، من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية نحاول تسليط الضوء على تجربة المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية في تثمين التراث المخطوط في ظل البيئة الرقمية وذكر الاساليب المستعملة في ذلك.
